From the moment we were introduced to Maddie to closing, she was our rock! As first time home buyers we had NO idea what we were doing, and Maddie was there no matter what time of day to answer all of our questions. At closing she left us a goodie basket that made our whole experience that much more heartwarming (she even included stuff for our twins!). We never felt like just another client with this Realty group, they made us feel like apart of their family, and were forever appreciative for them!!

We had the most stress free, and shortest closing we couldn’t have possibly imagined we would be so lucky to experience ourselves. We were informed of every step of the process, and every part of closing was smooth and all parties worked so well together even before Thanksgiving being days away. Our inspector told me Heather is one of the few realtors that ALWAYS shows up and get the details for each and every home, and she exudes professionalism that we truly value as first time buyers. Our family is now set in our own home permanently, and we are overjoyed and more importantly grateful. We will recommend Heather Stephens at MacDonald Realty Group ALWAYS. Amazing people to work with. Annabelle and team ensured that every task was done correctly and on time, they ensured I understood every stage of my transaction of buying my first home and encouraged me through the ups and downs in this process. I am forever grateful for what this team has done for me, they made my process 1000% easier and smoother. Michelle was absolutely amazing! I was days away from selling my home at a price that would only have paid off the loan. Michelle got my house sold and I was able to walk away with money in my pocket. She also got me into my forever home all at the same time. I can't say enough about her. She worked with me every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure I bought the house I really wanted and didn't settle. I work overnights and she was available to me up until 11pm most nights to answer questions or deal with anything I needed. I highly recommend her. 5 stars

We’d love to share just how incredible our experience was working with Courtney during our first home-buying journey.
We spotted a home for sale right next to our friends and immediately knew we had to act fast. I texted Courtney that same night, and she jumped into action without hesitation. By the next day, we were touring the home, and within a week, we had an accepted offer.
The wait for closing day was probably the hardest part, but throughout the entire process, Courtney was by our side—patiently explaining every step, answering all our questions, and making sure we felt confident and informed.

I used Macdonald Realty Group to buy and sell my home while I was in the Marines, and it couldn't have gone any better. My wife and I were in a bind after losing the house we rented to Hurricane Florence with a newborn child, and we contacted them, and they immediately went to work. We found the perfect house to raise our son in immediately for a great price, and we're living there what felt like an instant. They took care of everything and walked us through the process being 1st time home owners without taking advantage and made the entire process a blessing. When I got out of the Marines, my wife and I had no questions on who we would use to sell the house, and they took care of us with the same care and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone I know who is purchasing or selling their home in the area without hesitation.

Melanie was a great Realtor. We worked with her on our first home purchase, and it went flawlessly and was relatively stress free! I was in Japan, my spouse was in California, and we purchased the house in North Carolina.
Fast forward to selling our house, we worked with Melanie again.
Melanie has great knowledge of the area and the local market. When listing our house, she gave us a suggested list price, however we asked if potentially higher would be fine. She agreed, and we had several showings scheduled the first weekend, accepted a great offer that Sunday, and closed in a timely manner.
I highly recommend Melanie as your realtor, she’s responsive, attentive, and a great asset when buying or selling a home.

Rika helped my husband and I buy our first home and I have so many good things to say about her that the character count will probably stop me. She is so kind and knowledgeable, and she always made sure to keep us in the loop with updates. When looking for a realtor you want someone who is reliable and will go to bat for you….. and Y’ALL! When I say Meghan goes above and beyond, that would be an understatement. I sold my home and bought our new home back to back this past month. Stressful to say the least, right? But Meghan was amazing to work with! She answered my every call and question (and lord knows it was MANY TIMES as I tend to be a worrier lol).
She’s extremely professional and also extremely relatable. Meghan knows what she’s doing and she plays the game to win. She eased all my worries and stresses and handled both closings so elegantly. Lord knows I needed her and she did not fail! I’m so blessed we got to work with her and I hope we get to work with her more in the future.
