Hello! I am Melanie MacDonald, a modern and innovative REALTOR® in Onslow county. At 19 years old, I became a Real Estate Agent. Shortly thereafter, I became one of the youngest, most competitive brokers in the state of NC, as well as one of the Top Producing Agents in Onslow County. Because of the volume of business I was producing, the only way to continue giving each client the service they deserve was to create a team of agents who believed and operated in the same manor that I did.

I believe I operate differently than most in the Real Estate Industry with my firm. The core of my business is focused on the relationship myself and each associate of my firm builds with our clients. To do that, I have built systems and procedures to ensure our business partners and clients receives the same upper echelon of service each and every time they utilize our services and skills.

I believe there is no place for anyone in the industry who does not operate with values of respect, kindness, and transparency. I do not believe in gate keeping the key to success.
